HTC Advantage: Pocket Mac Still Doesn't Work

I've exchanged several e-mails with the Pocket Mac support team, yet I am still unable to connect my HTC Advantage with my MacBook using their product. This is an inconvenience because my address book is in Apple's Address Book Program and my calendar is in iCal. Activesync, meanwhile, is working like a hose. I even broke down and installed Outlook 2003 in my Parallels partition so I could back up stuff that I enter on Addy. Has anybody out there had luck getting Pocket Mac working with WM6?

Dude,
I totally feel your pain. I've put almost 24 hours over several months into trying to get pocketmac to work. I have a Macbook Pro, and when I plug my Samsung i760 Mobile 6 phone into the computer my Mac locks up. The screen goes opaque, and I get a message that says turn off the computer. My "support" was keep installing/uninstalling until it works. Yeah. Right. I love the phone. It's awesome, and I've even installed Freestyl on it. But I think it's going to find a new home. The only thing I ever got to sync with my Mac was a Palm Treo that died last year. Palm works great with isync.

Oh yeah, I forgot...

I also tried Eltima's Syncmate. That works great if you only want to sync once. After that the program just keeps adding multiple contacts and calendar events. I wondered what was wrong when I saw over 1500 calendar events and almost 1,000 contacts! There's a reason why Steve Jobs made an iphone. Unfortunately, even it begins to wear thin on some of my friends who have them, because it's taking a long time getting practical apps.
