I realize that blogging can hardly be considered a key part of my computing activity based on the scarcity of posts at this locale, but I decided to check out how well the blogger website works with my new iPad.
Conclusion: okay but not great. I can type in a post in the "edit HTML" tab but If I select the compose tab it doesn't allow me to type text into the post box. Also, I am unable to upload a photo from my iPad using the photo link on the website. For a photo post, I must either link to a URL or email the post to the blog.
I've noticed this on other websites too. File uploads from the safari browser don't work with the iPad.
