"Taxman" is the name of a great Beatles song and it goes with my career as a CPA. I'm also a musician (if a guitar player can claim to be a musician). I love computers, especially Macs and Tablet PCs and all things gadgets.

Back-to-my-Mac and the Leopard Update
According to Apple, the 10.5.1 update for OS X is supposed to make shared computers more reliably show up in the Finder window. I just installed the update on two of my Macs, one at home and one at the office. Immediately after installing on the second Mac, I couldn't see the home Mac Mini from the office iMac. However, after going to Preferences>.Mac> and toggling Back to My Mac off and then back on, the home Mac showed up as a shared computer in Finder and I am able to access it remotely. So far, so good, but why do I have to do the toggling bit to wake it up even after the update? I don't think Apple has gotten this whole Back To My Mac thing figured out quite yet!
