I read it twice before the light turns green.
You gotta pay $3 to join the free cat scene.

I get on home and I ask my wife
If she'd heard of free cats that cost $3 to buy
She said she'd always thought that free meant free
That's the way life's supposed to be.
I said maybe so but it ain't no more
You gotta pay $3 if you expect to score.

I decided to pass on the free cat deal
I've got my $3 but it's how I feel.

I had so much fun playing around with the isight camera and QuickTime Pro on my MacBook Air that I instantly reached for it to record this impromptu song idea.  So, why not post it for the entire world? :)  Seriously, having this handy to capture song ideas in an easy and convenient manner is proving to be not only fun but instructive too.
